| Man...crap like this steams me. My main man Coz who has taken car of me like his long lost rich uncle since I bought my Z happened to be out of Jspec tails when I decided to order them. I knew Courtesy was cheaper by a few bucks, but who cares. Coz takes care of me and that is what counts. BUT I needed them by this weekend becuase I wanted to get them installed since I am leaving for Germany next week and am having some spots touched up on the car and buffed out. Just in case I have an OOPS putting them in, they can take care of it then. I tell Coz the deal and call Courtesy. The web says you have to order online to get the price, but I wanted to check stock first. Dude answers "yep - we got them in stock, they can ship today, I can take the order over the phone...yada, yada, yada" Cool done deal they are in TX and I am in MO - should be here by Thursday with a day cushion. It is now 2:10 pm Friday...no tails. I call this morning at 10...hello....where are my tails??? "Well....they had to ship from California..." WHAT??? I was told they were IN STOCK. "Yes, they should have told you that when you called" Yeah - no shit....where the hell are they... "can't tell you that...CS guy gets here in about 2 hours...he is the only one that can tell you that....he will call or email when he gets here." I wait 4 hours...call back. CS guy in yet? "yep...let me transfer you..." Voicemail. DAMN! Crap like this burns me up when you spell it out clearly what you need before you order and they nail you. All he had to do is say "they are not in stock - they will ship from California" and I would have been on my happy way. Now they just called as I typed this. These ALWAYS drop ship and they never have them in stock. WTF??? I am not bitching about the order - this time frame would have been fine if that is what I was told when I ordered them, but I was not. I should have known not to order anything unless it was from Coz or SpecialtyZ. I get burned every time I go anywhere else. They did offer to eat the shipping, which I appreciate the gesture, but I am still sitting here on a 63 degree day with my car tore to pieces waiting for parts that are not coming. Now I have to put it all back together get the work done next week and tear it all apart again when they arrive. Coz, I know you are reading this and I am sorry. I have learned my lesson and I will never cheat on you again. Please give me another chance. We need more people that do what they say and say what they do. And before you Courtesy lovers start bagging on me....they were all nice and helpful. Maybe the guy had a bad day or was distracted and did not pay attention to what I was saying - it happens. BUT DON'T say "I have them in stock"...when they are always drop shipped from California. Sorry - I needed to vent to someone and everyone here just tells me to shut up. Rant mode off.
